Shipping policy

We try our very best to get your items shipped out the same day when your order is received before 1pm.  Shipping is 48hr tracked, if this isn't sent to you, you can request this at any time.  We aim to have your order with you within 3 working days.  Any delays on this are down to the shipping company and out of our hands. 

Sometimes we’re away - usually trading at a show. In these cases we aim to post out your item as soon as we can on our return - keep in mind the item may be in the bottom box packed in the van so it may take a couple of days. If your order is urgent, please get in touch by emailing sales@classicvolks.com when you order and we can try to keep it at the top.
